Damaged F2A46266 

 

 

Pictured above is a damaged pinion gear from the oldest 35/45/50 and 55hp motors that used the larger pinion gear.  Since they have become all but impossible to find I have taken the newer pinion gears (F2A474266) and machined the gear where the larger bearing goes to a perfect fit.  I have used this combination several times and it works just fine. Your other options are to replace the upper and lower housing to match bearing race size.
